Christians are already billionaires, except there is no money in Heaven! Money was invented by men.

What is an heir?

- My children are heirs. One day, when I am dead, they will inherit my assets. If you have children, so will your children (actually we believe that both we and our children will be taken to Heaven in the Rapture before we die. Please visit The Rapture In Our Generation on this web site).

- This inheritance of assets is perfectly normal, unless you live in a Communist regime. Most parents leave a will, and leave everything to their children.

- According to Romans 8:16, 17 God has left everything to believers. We are joint heirs with Christ, and will one day inherit everything.

What has Jesus left in His will, our New Testament?

- The word "Testament" means "will", which is why people commonly leave a "last will and testament".

- Jesus said, in Matthew 5:5, "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the Earth."

- The word used here for the Earth in the New Testament is the Greek word, "Ge". It is used elsewhere to describe the whole world.

- For example, Jesus prayed, in Matthew 11:25, "I thank You, Father, Lord of Heaven and Earth".

- Here, Jesus is using the same word "Ge". So, according to Jesus Christ, one day believers will inherit the whole Earth.

The meek will inherit the Earth

- In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said, in Matthew 5:5 "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the Earth."

- The meek are those who submit voluntarily to God's laws. Those who do will one day inherit the Earth, according to Jesus Christ. This truth is often spiritualised and missed completely, so that Jesus' words becomes a meaningless nothingness.

- Jesus meant what He said, and said what He meant! If Jesus said that believers will inherit the Earth, they will!
